It always amazes me that folk should find the bad amid such wonderful work – the movie was groundbreaking, stunning to look at and – when I saw it on IMAX in 3D was overwhelming in its impact. A truly extraordinary and groundbreaking film. So the plot sucked. Most great opera shares the same problem. Move on.

It always amazes that folk should find the good amid such terrible work. Avatar and its success, is nothing more than a symbol of the common movie goers simplicity. If you want a visual experience go take some acid, the health implications are far less damaging than sitting through three hours of smurfs that throw rocks at bulldozers.
